
I'm 35 years old. I live in WA with my husband, son and two doggies (Griffey & Chesney).
Growing up I played all the sports, mainly softball through high school. My story is long with ups and downs. Starting with gaining weight after college, gaining more weight thru my pregnancy with my son. Then, going thru a messy divorce, I put my health on the back burner, gaining more weight. Ughh.
As my son became a toddler, I was starting to feel like I needed to make a change. How would I be able to keep up with him as he keeps growing up and playing sports??
So, I signed up for Beachbody. Over the next 3 years I would start programs and then life got busy and I would stop. In 2019 that all changed. I got engaged! For how happy I was, after looking at photos I was so embarrassed about how big I had gotten. I refused to look like that on my wedding day. So, I put my head down and got to it, no excuses this time.
As I was seeing progress, I was also starting to love learning about exercise and nutrition. I became a coach with Beachbody and started running online fitness groups and helping guide women through their journeys. I LOVED it. Seeing women feel empowered that they could reach their goals was beyond inspiring. I just hated the MLM aspect of it and after 3 years I stopped coaching.
In 2025 I got out of my comfort zone and signed up for an in-person strength training class. Being in that environment again, filled my cup. I wanted to coach again but also wanted to add onto my knowledge I already had to help clients succeed even more. So, I studied my butt off and earned my NASM Personal Training Certification.

I get what it’s like being a mom in your mid 30’s with a full time job, kid in sports, handling all the things. It can be so hard and overwhelming to stay consistent and figure out how the heck to lose weight and be healthy. I've been there and I get it. I will be there to help support you, teach you and be your biggest cheerleader. This journey is all about the long game, not quick fixes and crash diets. My goal for you is to reach your goals in a sustainable way. Consistency is the key!
